Chronology

There are currently three dating systems in use by Konoha.

Konoha's Founding

The principle calendar system of the Elemental Countries is centered on the founding of the Hidden Village of Konoha. The reason for zeroing the calendar onto Konoha's founding is that it was the first hidden village to be formed in the Elemental Lands. As such, it is used as the primary calendar system for the entire region.
